At Click It Flooring we believe deliveries should be made easy, fast, efficient and professional.

Standard delivery
Orders are dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. The day before delivery you will be contacted by email, so please make sure you give us a telephone number we can reach you on. You can also call us before ordering to check we can deliver on your preferred date.

Next day delivery
We can offer an express delivery service on most products, delivered on a next working day basis between 8am and 6pm. This depends on supplier cut-off times. Next day delivery is only available Monday to Friday, and not on orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Delivery costs
Standard delivery: £25 for a 1 pack order, £50 for orders of 2 packs or more. Next day delivery: £125. Samples: 99p delivery per sample. Free delivery on orders over £599. Delivery costs are worked out automatically at checkout. You can also call or email us.

In-store collection
Collecting from our store or warehouse is easy and free. Add the items you need to your basket, then choose the collect in store option at checkout. We will contact you to let you know when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your confirmation email with your order number when you collect. You can also pay cash on collection.

Returns
Changed your mind? Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days. Please get in touch with our team to arrange a return.

Our click flooring is designed for straightforward DIY fitting with no glue required. Let the packs acclimatise in the room for 48 hours, prepare a clean, dry and level subfloor, and leave an expansion gap around the edge of the room.
