Can I order free samples?
Yes. Open any product and choose Order free sample. The samples themselves are free; we charge 99p delivery per sample, shown separately in your basket.
How much flooring should I order?
Measure the room length and width, then use our flooring calculator. We recommend an allowance for cuts and waste, usually 10%, or 15% for herringbone layouts.
Does click flooring need underlay?
Some products include attached underlay and others require a separate compatible underlay. Check the product specification or ask our team before ordering.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK. Delivery is free on orders over £599, and you can also collect free from our Dewsbury store. Delivery charges are shown at checkout, and for other areas please contact us. See Delivery & Returns for full details.
Can I return unused flooring?
Yes, please contact us first. Unused flooring in its original condition can be returned within 14 days of receiving it, less a collection fee and a 25% restocking charge. Damage or defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Full terms are on our Delivery & Returns page.
